Real quick, this video is part of a series where I'm showing you how to create your very own client portal for your business with no code. If you just stumbled across this video, be sure to check out the full playlist. And with that, let's get into this video. We're on the last video of this client portal series. What we've done in this series is we've created, imported all of our clients, we've given them a way to view their profile and view their deliverables, edit and add all of their deliverables. We've also imported our team members. If we log in as an administrator, they can add new clients and view clients and manage all this information. And the last thing you want to do is go forth and publish this client portal, get that first version out there, deliver it to your clients and your team members. And this process is super straightforward. What I suggest doing is you go through your settings first. So we can talk about giving it a name, we'll just call it client portal. You can change this to be whatever icon you want.

You can change some of the appearance settings if you want to give it a new color, you can do that. Privacy, we're going to say sign-in is required. We want them to sign in to view their information. And then we want to allow Google sign-in because people like doing that. And then you can go through any of these other ones and clean up some of this other information as you see fit. And then when you're ready to publish this to everyone so they can start logging in, you just click on publish here. You give it a custom name, so let's do client portal 100, and then click on publish. And now you can share this link with your team members, share this QR code, or send them an invite directly.

And if I just click on this button, this will open up the app here. And so let me go ahead and just, for example sake, let me add in my email here. So now, my - this user is defined. And so now if I add that email in here and continue, then we enter in our PIN, 19786, sign in, and now as an administrator, I have access to all of my clients, and I can edit their information. So there we go, we have created this really sleek, nice, easy client portal that you can start using with your clients to share your deliverables with them in a secure way. Hey, thanks so much for watching this series. It's been a lot of fun.

We're getting to this age where custom software is accessible enough through no code, where really any business can create their own piece of software specific to what they need, and I just absolutely love doing it and showing and sharing. The only reason I'm able to do this full time is because people like maybe you want to work with me directly.

I help people by building a custom piece of software with no code for them, just like this one. But if you're a DIYer like I am, you might just need some help getting from point A to point B, and that's where my coaching community comes in. It's a community full of like-minded business owners that want to leverage no codes to grow their business and serve their clients. If any of that sounds interesting to you, I'd love to chat. Check out the link down in the description. Thanks for watching and happy coding.
