Using Glide as a Solution and What I Did To Help Mighty & True
I started by really understanding the issues with Milanote. I talked to the team, listened to their frustrations, and noted what clients were saying. With this information, I was able to design a system that would solve these problems. The main goal was always clear: make things straightforward and easy for both Mighty & True and their clients.
Then, I stepped in to create a new client portal with Glide tailored to their needs. This wasn't just any system; it was built with Mighty & True in mind. The new portal:

Has a simple space for uploading deliverables: Team members and clients can check off milestones as they're completed.
Incorporates Mighty & True's Playbook framework: Every project follows their playbook, making the workflow consistent.
Grants administrative oversight to all: Whether it’s users, clients, or projects—this means everyone involved has a clear view of what's happening.
Implements strategic notifications at crucial stages: This ensures that everyone is kept in the loop and communication flows smoothly.

With the new portal in place, things changed for the better.
